APPLE & CABBAGE SLAW
INGREDIENTS

Cup Plain Yogurt (nonfat)
1/2
Cup Sour Cream (nonfat)
2/3
Cup Carrots, shredded
1/3
Cup Raisins
1
Tbsp. Honey
2
Cups Shredded Napa Cabbage
2
Cups Shredded Red Cabbage
2
Medium Granny Smith (or tart) Apples
(
peeled, cored and finely chopped or grated )
3
Tbsp. Diced Sweet Onion
1/2
Cups Chopped Parsley
Salt
and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
In
a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sour cream,
honey,
and chopped parsley.
Add
the cabbages, carrots, raisins, apple, onion, parsley,
and
salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Cover
and chill until you are ready to enjoy.
Serve
chilled on a chilled plate.
