Apple Cheese Cake
(Another sinfully decadent cheesecake)

Ingredients
(Makes One Crust)

1 c graham cracker crumbs (1 pkg out of the box plus 2 crackers)

3 T sugar

1/2 t cinnamon

1/4 melted butter

2 T chopped pecans

Directions

Mix the above items in a bowl and then press in 9 inch pie pan.

Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees

Filling

3 pks - 8 oz cream cheese

3/4 c sugar

3 eggs

3/4 t vanilla

Directions

Mix these up in a bow and put in crust.

Topping

2 1/2 c peeled and sliced apples

1 T lemon juice

1/4 cup sugar or more

1/2 t cinnamon

Directions

Mix these items in a bowl and put on top of filling.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees

When done, take 6 tablespoons of melted caramels and dribble it on top, the caramel apple dip works, well, or the ice cream topper..

Scoop butterscotch ice cream on top and enjoy.

Eat it warm or refrigerate and eat later.

If you refrigerate it, heat it up in microwave for a minute.
