Beef Jerky Cheese Ball

Ingredients

3 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese

2 bunches chopped green onions

1 jar Armour (or Hormel) sliced beef, chopped

1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce

2 tsp Accent seasoning

Dill weed

 

Directions

Chop onions and meat finely, with food processor if available. Let cheese soften to room temp. Mix everything except dill weed in big bowl. Shape into a ball on plate . Crush a small amount of dill weed in a bowl. Then sprinkle it all over ball. Serve with hard crackers like Sociables. Be sure to wrap well with plastic wrap before storing in refrigerator.
