CABBAGE

INGREDIENTS

head cabbage
6
slices bacon
1
green or red bell pepper
1
onion
1/2
cup chopped celery
1
can tomatoes
1
garlic clove (minced)
salt,
pepper, and seasoned salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Fry
bacon until crisp and remove from skillet. Drain on paper towels
Chop
cabbage, bell pepper, onion, and celery,
Add
to bacon grease
Add
canned tomatoes and season to taste
Simmer
1 1/2 hours or until done.
Crumble bacon and put on top of dish before serving.
