FETTUCCINE POMADORO

          INGREDIENTS

          2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Onion (I use Del Monte)

          1/2 to 1 tsp. finely diced garlic

          1 Tbsp. margarine

          1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

          1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

          DIRECTIONS

          Cook pasta according to package directions, and drain.

          Meanwhile, bring undrained tomatoes and garlic to a boil in large skillet; reduce heat.

          Add margarine.

          Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.

          Stir in cooked and drained pasta and basil; heat thoroughly.

          Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan Cheese.

          Garnish with fresh basil springs, if desired.
