Glazed Carrots
(From Atlanta Cooknotes)

Ingredients

1 medium bunch carrots, peeled

1/4 to 1/2 cup margarine

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon nutmeg

3 to 4 tablespoons fresh orange juice

Directions

Slice carrots diagonally. Steam slightly or until tender but firm.

Sauté in margarine; add brown sugar, nutmeg, and orange juice.

Cook and stir until brown sugar melts and carrots are glazed. Serve immediately.

Serves 6
