GREEN CHILI CASSEROLE

          INGREDIENTS
          2 - 4oz cans chopped Green Chilis
          1 poind sharp cheddar cheese. shredded
          1 pound monterrey jack cheese, shredded
          4 eggs
          2 Tablespoons flour
          2 large cans evaporated milk
          2 - 8oz tomato sauce

          DIRECTIONS

          Place the chopped chilis in the bottom of a 9" x 13" casserole

          pan.

          Layer with grated cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, flour,

          and milk and pour over the layers.

          Bake 30 minutes at 400* and then add jack cheese and tomato sauce. Bake 15 minutes more.
