Lemon Zucchini-Squash Saute

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 med. zucchini, 1 pound cut lengthwise into quarters, and then into 1-½ inch pieces (about 2 cups)
2 yellow squash, 1 pound cut diagonally into ¼ in slices (2 cups)
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Directions
In large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add next 6 ingredients and cook about 6 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in juice and zest, remove from heat.
Yields 6 servings
