Mini-Turkey
Party Sandwiches

Note: If I could serve only one appetizer at a
party, this one would be IT! It's scrumptious. Be sure to have the
recipe handy because both men and women love it.
Ingredients
2
dozen small party/cocktail rolls (I use Pepperidge Farm French Rolls)
1/2
(3-oz) package cream cheese, softened
2
tablespoons mayonnaise
2
tablespoons sour cream
1
tablespoon cranberry-apple chutney
1/4
teaspoon curry powder
1/4
teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4
pound wafered smoked turkey
1/2
cup whole berry cranberry sauce
2
tablespoons minced onion
Directions
Slice
rolls in half horizontally, using serrated knife.
Place
bottoms alongside top halves on brownie tray
Combine
cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream and beat with electric
mixer at low speed until smooth.
Stir
into cheese mixture the chutney, curry powder, and red pepper. Mix well.
Spread
chutney-cheese mixture on top halves of rolls. Set aside
Place
turkey on bottom halves of rolls.
In
separate bowl, mash cranberry sauce with fork and add onion Mix well.
Spread
cranberry-onion mixture over turkey. Cover with tops of rolls.
Cover
loosely with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until
sandwiches are thoroughly heated.
Serve
warm.
