QUICK BLUEBERRY COBBLER

          INGREDIENTS
           
          16 oz pkg frozen fruit or 2 cups fresh fruit (e.g. sliced peaches, whole blueberries, etc.)
          1 cup self rising flour
          1 cup sugar
          1 cup milk
          1 stick butter, melted (I used 1/2 stick myself)

           DIRECTIONS

          Slice fruit if necessary. Preheat oven to 350.

          Combine flour, sugar & milk in bowl and mix thoroughly.

          Layer 8 x 8 baking pan with fruit. Pour flour mixture on top of fruit. Then spoon melted butter on top.

          Bake (uncovered) for about 50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
