Ruthie's Hobo Potatoes

Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs potatoes, cut up

2 lbs hamburger meat, cooked and drained

carrots, as many as you like

2 onions, chopped

2 bell peppers, chopped

2 hot peppers, chopped

16 oz pack of shredded cheese

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 can mushroom soup

1 jar of mushrooms (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours
